can没有人称和数的变化，所以单数第三人称形式还是can.
can是个情态动词 ，不能单独作谓语，要和其他动词一起才可以构成谓语。

但can 有过去式的形式：could
Could we finish the work in time?
can/could have done 表示本可以完成某事，但结果并没有完成。例如：I could passed the exam，but I hadn't prepared well.
