航空公司每天都要拟订第二天的航班计划，简言之，就是安排飞机飞哪里，用哪架飞机执行航班任务，签派要综合机务和市场部提供的信息，安排好计划，并通过电报的形式发送到各地航务代办，否则第二天航班无法执行。每个航班起飞之前，要拿到计算机飞行计划，相关机场天气报告，天气预报图，高空风温图，航行通告，航行资料，这些都要签派来提供。飞机起飞后，要对飞机全程进行监控。飞机出现的任何不正常情况，签派都要协助机组进行处理，保证飞机安全落地。天气不好，飞机故障，流量控制等等，只要造成了预定计划不能正常执行，签派就要综合各保障部门提供的情况，对航班计划进行及时调整，既要保障公司效益也要尽量减少航班延误。当然了，每天下班的前提是公司所有航班都结束了，第二天计划都搞定了才行。所谓下班只是理论上的，半夜有飞机过来备降，或者有其它情况，还得随时上岗，因为毕竟他是公司里唯一一个24小时都值班的单位，各单位都是要听他的指令以后才会行动的。基本上就这么多了，欢迎同学补充。其实也不复杂，主要是要决策及时，基本上学过的东西都能用的上，当然每个决策都是要有充分理由的，否则出了事故就只能自己背了。Job deSCRIPTion of the AIRCRAFT DISPATCHERThe Aircraft Dispatcher is a licensed airman certificated by the Federal Aviation Administration.经过局方认可的持有执照的航空人员He/She has joint responsibility with the captain for the safety and operational control of flights under his/her guidance.和机长共同承担航班飞行安全和运行控制责任He/She authorizes， regulates and controls commercial airline flights according to government and company regulations to expedite and ensure safety of flight.依据局方和公司对安全的要求，批准、调整、控制航空公司航班运行He/She is also responsible for economics， passenger service and operational control of day to day flight operations.对航班运行的控制、经济效益和旅客服务负责He/She analyzes and evaluates meteorological inFORMation to determine potential hazards to safety of flight and to select the most desirable and economic route of flight.分析评估气象资料确定潜在的危险，保证飞行安全，并选择合适的、经济的飞行航线He/She computes the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to type of aircraft， distance of flight， maintenance limitations， weather conditions and minimum fuel requirements prescribed by federal aviation regulations.根据公司燃油政策、机型、飞行距离、维修限制、天气条件和最低燃油（局方规定的），计算航班所需的安全燃油量He/She prepares flight plans containing inFORMation such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights， weather reports， field conditions， NOTAMS and many other inFORMational components required for the safe completion of flight.收集保证飞行安全的各种信息（最大允许起飞/着陆重量、天气报告、机场情况、航行通告和其他有必要的信息），制定飞行计划He/She prepares and signs the dispatch release which is the legal document providing authorization for a flight to depart.准备并签发签派放行单He/She delays or cancels flights if unsafe conditions threaten the safety of his/her aircraft or passengers.当有威胁旅客和航班安全的情况时取消或推迟航班He/She monitors weather conditions， aircraft position reports， and aeronautical navigation charts to evaluate the progress of flight.持续监控航班运行He/She updates the pilot in command of significant changes to weather or flight plan and recommends flight plan alternates， such as changing course， altitude and， if required， enroute landings in the interest of safety and economy.将影响飞行安全的天气变化或改航方案通知机长He/She originates and disseminates flight inFORMation to others in his/her company including stations and reservations. This is the source of inFORMation provided to the traveling public.收集、发布航班运行信息He/She has undergone extensive training to have earned the coveted Aircraft Dispatcher"s certificate having taken and passed both an extensive oral examination and he comprehensive Dispatch ADX test， administered by the Federal Aviation Administration.
