FLASH的读写原理FlashROM 一般是一种单芯的 FlashROM，从读写方式上看可以说是最简单的一种 FlashROM。特点是写入的单位是“页”，且写入新数据之前不需要先擦除其中原有的内容。

引脚一般有：A0~A16：Address Inputs （地址线的数目与FlashROM 的容量有关）

DQ0~DQ7：Data Inputs/Outputs

#CE：Chip Enable Input （芯片使能）

#OE：Output Enable Input （输出使能）

#WE：Write Enable Input
